采用两步晶种法在大孔alpha-Al-20-3载体上合成NaA沸石膜

Abstract: 采用热浸渍一擦涂法在大孔alpha - Al-2
   0-3载体管外表面涂覆粒径为2mum的大晶种,从而起到初步修饰载体孔道的作用;然后采用提拉法在大晶种修饰后的载体管表面涂覆粒径为400
   nm的小晶种,最终使载体管的表面形成薄而连续的晶种层;最后利用旋转烘箱对预制品种层的载体管进行一次动态水热晶化合成,制得NaA沸石膜。采用SEM
   和XRD等方法对制备的NaA沸石膜进行了表征,并对其渗透汽化性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,制备的NaA沸石膜连续、致密且重复性高;在温度为353
   K、真空度为200~ 300 Pa的条件下,对乙醇质量分数90%的水/乙醇体系进行分离,分离系数大于10 000,渗透通量可达1.8
   kg/(m2.h)以上。
