袁鹤菱，副教授，硕导，于新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程系获博士学位（导师徐岩教授），之后在南洋理工大学劳斯莱斯合作实验室从事博士后工作。主要研究方向为水电调度，水电系统和电力系统协同调度，电力系统优化和控制，电力系统稳定性，微电网控制等。2026年入职大连理工大学水电与水信息研究所（程春田教授团队）至今。近年来，获南洋理工大学工程技术基金，2026年中国自动化学会YAC最佳学生论文奖。
