摘要：With the growing complexity of emergency, how to accomplish model
   integration is increasing became the key component to handle emergency
   scientifically and efficiently. A dynamic network model integration
   method based on knowledge element net and the model hierarchy
   representation method was developed by combining the characteristics of
   the emergency decision-making and the model integration method based on
   network.The method using the relationship between the attribute of
   knowledge element and the model parameters to construct a model
   integration network, which make model integration based on knowledge
   reasoning. By this method, we can catch the change of decision-making
   environments, ensure the integrating degree between two models and solve
   the data mapping problem.
