个人简介:
张冰瑶,本科和博士均毕业于大连理工大学,2022年9月至2025年5月,在大连理工大学建设工程学院从事博士后研究工作。主要研究方向为水资源系统分析、跨境河流管理等。目前正主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项(缺水地区多水源定价机制与政府调控策略研究),十四五国家重点研发计划“地球系统与全球变化”重点专项子课题1项,参与基金委重大研究计划集成项目、重点项目、面上项目等多项。近年来在Nature Communications, ASCE-Journal of Water Resources Planning and Management等期刊发表论文十余篇。曾获得2023年辽宁省优秀博士学位论文、ASCE旗下百年旗舰期刊JWRPM最佳政策类论文等奖项。
