l 个人简介
张博宇,大连理工大学副研究员,博士生导师【30岁受聘,入职时最年轻博导】。本、硕、博均就读于机械工程专业,博士后出站后入职化工学院。研究方向以多学科交叉融合为基本路线,针对轻质、高强、易回收再利用的高性能树脂基复合材料,通过构筑材料合成方法学与构件制造工艺学之间的耦合迭代机制,优化构件设计性能与制造性能之间的底层匹配关系,从微观(分子)、介观(纤维/树脂结合)、宏观(构件)多个尺度协同推进复合材料构件的高性能制造。具体研究方向包括:
①增强、增韧与功能改性剂的分子设计与合成;
②复合材料型材的拓扑优化结构设计与绿色高效成型;
③复合材料功能改性预浸料的连续制备;
④复合材料大型壳体的一体化冲压与模压成型;
⑤复合材料承力构件的无限长度连续压缩成型;
⑥“AI+新材料”体系的构建与智能制造装备的研发。
相关研究成果已获布达佩斯技术与经济大学Norbert Geier教授、德累斯顿工业大学Martina Zimmermann教授、扎加齐克大学Usama Khashaba教授等国际著名学者在中科院TOP期刊上高度评价,部分成果已通过产业化验证。研究工作不仅得到国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划(子课题)支持,还获得了各合作企业委托项目的稳定支持;科研经费充足,总额位居同龄人前列。
l 课题组架构
课题组团队包括学术、技术两大板块。学术板块由本人领衔并负责介观、宏观尺度的理论与技术研究,由与本人长期合作的国家级青年人才协助负责微观尺度的理论与技术研究。技术板块由校外导师团队组成,其中包括来自航天一院、机械总院、百度等多个国有企业的高级技术人才,可在材料合成与改性、机械设计、自动化控制、软件开发、数据模型构建等多个方面予以及时的技术指导与支持,协助课题组深入开展学科交叉创新性研究。

课题组全力支持学生人才的培养。积极支持学生申报挑战杯、国创等各种比赛赛事。学生获得国家奖学金后,课题组予以不少于1:1的配套奖励。在学生高质量完成科研任务的前提下,课题组提供实习机会与应聘推荐信。对于知识积累充分、写作与表达技巧过硬的博士研究生,课题组可提供出国深造机会。

“以人为本”,重视德智体全面发展。资助学生办理健身卡,并定期组织篮球赛、羽毛球赛等体育活动,以保障学生身体健康、心情愉悦。
“结果导向”,不查岗、周末不加班。在能够自觉完成学习任务的前提下,不强制要求作息时间。从入学起,即提供空间宽松的固定工位,保障学习条件。本科申报大创、拔尖计划的学生,如需工位,亦可申请。
