Abstract:采用负离子聚合法制备聚丁二烯活性种,以对氯甲基苯乙烯(VBC)作为封端剂制备了苯乙烯基封端的聚丁二烯大分子单体.通过核磁共振和凝胶渗透色谱等手段对产物进行了表征,并考察了封端反应温度和VBC用量对封端效率的影响.结果表明,VBC可用于制备末端含有苯乙烯基团的聚丁二烯大分子单体.筛选的最佳实验条件为:反应温度0 ℃,以四氢呋喃作极性调节剂,VBC与负离子活性种的摩尔比大于8/1,此时聚丁二烯大分子单体的封端效率可达90%以上.此外还探讨了导致封端效率降低的副反应机理.
