Abstract:对四种不同来源的PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料进行了热转变行为表征和分析,采用两种不同的积分方法计算了淬冷后PET的结晶度,结果表明方法2得到的结晶度与真实值更加接近.采用MDSC模式详细考察并分析了PET在升温过程中的热转变行为,发现PET的结晶和熔融过程是同时进行的,同时说明了采用方法1计算结晶度不准确的原因.通过对本教学实验的进一步拓展,使学生对高分子材料的热转变行为有了更加深刻的认识,从而提高了实验教学效果.
