Abstract:本文采用二乙基锌作为镍催化体系的烷基化试剂合成高顺式聚丁二烯,系统地研究了该催化体系对丁二烯聚合反应及其产物的影响.考查了聚合反应动力学,并对聚合产物进行了测试表征.在Ni-Al-B催化体系中加入二乙基锌后,丁二烯的聚合反应速率降低,凝胶渗透色谱测试结果表明二乙基锌部分或者全部代替三异丁基铝,聚丁二烯的相对分子质量下降,分子量分布逐渐变窄,红外光谱测试结果表明聚丁二烯中的顺1,4式含量不改变,顺1,4式含量保持在96%以上,吊网法测定凝胶含量显示聚丁二烯的凝胶含量降低,这对于镍系顺丁胶生产品种的多样化、系列化具有重大意义.
