Abstract:聚丁内酯及其共聚物以其优良的生物相容性和生物可降解性而广泛的应用于生物医学工程材料.本文分别以DL-、L-乳酸为原料制得丙交酯(DL-LA 和L-LA)单体.然后以环烷氧锡引发剂,由丁内酯分别与丙交酯和己内酯(e-CL)在高真空条件下封管进行本体聚合制得了丁内酯与乳酸和己内酯的无规共聚物P(DL-LA-co-BL)和P(CL-co-BL),并用FT-IR、1H-NMR、DSC 等手段对共聚物的结构及性能进行了表征.
