Abstract:以正丁基锂为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,四氢糠基乙基醚为结构调节剂,制备了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR).考察了不同温度下苯乙烯与丁二烯的负离子共聚合反应,通过改变调节剂用量及引发温度,使共聚产物中聚丁二烯部分的乙烯基结构摩尔分数可以在30%~60%灵活调节.结果表明,由此制得的SSBR产物具有优异的物理性能、力学性能及突出的抗湿滑性能.
