Abstract:以镍系高顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(Ni-9004)、锂系低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(Li-700A)及二者的复合胶做增韧改性剂,用本体聚合法合成了聚(丙烯腈-丁
二烯-苯乙烯)(ABS)树脂,考察了聚合时间、复合胶用量对ABS聚合反应、接枝参数和微观形态的影响,并对复合胶不同配比下树脂形态及性能进行了研究
.结果表明:随聚合时间的延长,Ni-9004的接枝率增大,而接枝效率和橡胶相体积分数均有所降低;聚合中发生明显的相转变,最终形态为经典的"核-壳
"结构.当与Li-700A复合时,其形态可得到明显改善,且复合胶用量低时,有利于接枝和包藏,补强值为正;复合胶用量增加,粒子尺寸增大,补强值为负
.另外,掺混入Ni-9004可显著提高Li-700A的增韧效果,当掺混量达75%时,在产品的拉伸性能得以保持的同时,Izod缺口冲击强度提高了1
50%以上.
