具有理想交联网络的SiO_2增强聚丁二烯橡胶的制备

Abstract:白炭黑(SiO_2)增强的橡胶制品应用越来越广泛,如何提高SiO_2与橡胶相间的结合力一直受到关注。本文采用活性负离子聚合技术,以双官能度有机锂为引发剂,以3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷为封端剂,合成出双端含烷氧基硅烷的官能化液体聚丁二烯(PB-silane)。通过溶胶-凝胶法将PB-silane与正硅酸乙酯共水解,制备出具有理想交联网络的SiO_2增强聚丁二烯橡胶。采用1H-NMR、IR、SEM等对橡胶材料的结构及微观形貌进行分析与表征。实验结果表明,PB-silane的末端功能化效率>85%;SiO_2增强聚丁二烯(PB)橡胶与PB/SiO_2共混物的IR谱图表明前者中SiO_2与PB链端存在化学键,从而增强了SiO_2与橡胶相间的相互作用力;SEM照片显示原位生成的SiO_2粒子均匀分散在PB橡胶中。本文制备的SiO_2增强聚丁二烯橡胶材料中增强的SiO_2粒子是原位生成,并且实现了聚丁二烯分子链双末端的交联,交联点间的聚丁二烯分子链长度均一,是一种理想的交联网络。在今后高性能轮胎制造领域有着潜在的应用价值,同时对橡胶增强机理等方面的研究具有一定的科学意义。
