Abstract:对国外锂系聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)结构进行了剖析,并采用烷基锂为引发剂,在非极性溶剂中合成了线型及星型IR.研究了线型IR相对分子质量与1,4-结构含量的关系,相对分子质量升高, cis-1,4结构含量升高,总1,4-结构含量稍有升高,得到了相对分子质量与 cis-1,4结构含量的关系曲线,当重均相对分子质量(Mw)大于160万时,cis-1,4结构质量分数可以达到87%.同时研究了线型、星型IR及国外样品的相对分子质量与特性黏度及支化因子的关系,国外样品与线型IR曲线吻合较好,合成的锂系IR中cis-1,4结构含量达到甚至超过国外样品,相对分子质量及其分布与国外样品相当.
