Abstract:采用活性负离子聚合技术设计并合成了聚苯乙烯(PS)-聚环氧乙烷(PEO)嵌段共聚物(PS-b-PEO与PEO-b-PS-b-PEO),并以此为分散剂进行苯乙烯悬浮聚合。通过FT-IR、GPC和1H-NMR分析PS-b-PEO与PEO-b-PS-b-PEO中PS嵌段的相对分子质量及PEO嵌段的质量分数,通过吊片法测定了PS-b-PEO与PEO-b-PS-b-PEO在40℃二次水中的表面张力,从而求出PS-b-PEO与PEO-b-PS-b-PEO的CMC值,通过数码照片表征PS-b-PEO、PEO-b-PS-b-PEO为分散剂时产品的颗粒粒径及其分布。结果表明:成功合成了PS嵌段相对分子质量为5000 g/mol,PEO嵌段质量分数分别为5.3%和5.0%的PS-b-PEO与PEO-b-PS-b-PEO嵌段共聚物。40℃时PS-b-PEO、PEO-b-PS-b-PEO在二次水中的表面张力分别为0.0132 mmol/L和0.00849 mmol/L,将其用于苯乙烯悬浮聚合中,能够生产出颗粒粒径适中,粒度分布均匀的PS颗粒。
