Abstract:通过熔融混合制备SIS/RLPO/PEG两亲性热熔压敏胶。测试分析结果表明该压敏胶体系不仅具有良好的粘附性能及稳定的两相结构,而且能满足亲水性药物及亲油性药物的体外释放要求。
