侧基带反应性硅氢基团聚乙烯的合成

Abstract:本文采用丁二烯和4-乙烯基苯基二甲基硅烷(VPDMS)为共聚单体,环己烷为溶剂,正丁基锂为引发剂,以活性负离子聚合技术合成出丁二烯/VPDMS共聚物;然后用对甲苯磺酰肼-三丙胺体系对共聚物进行常压加氢反应,获得侧基含反应性硅氢基团的聚乙烯。在Karstedt's催化剂下可与N,N二甲基丙烯酰胺等化合物进行硅氢加成反应,得到侧基含酰胺基团等的官能化聚乙烯。利用GPC、FT-IR和1H-NMR等表征手段对聚合物的分子结构参数进行表征,采用DSC、TGA分别研究了线性低密度聚乙烯,官能化聚乙烯结晶性能和热性能的变化。丁二烯/VPDMS共聚物分子量分布≤1.2,丁二烯1,4-结构含量大于92%,其加氢度可接近100%且硅氢基团未受影响。研究结果表明基于活性负离子聚合技术及化学加氢方法成功合成窄分子量分布,侧基带反应性硅氢基团的聚乙烯,为今后制备侧基功能化聚乙烯提供了一种新方法。
