Abstract:采用负离子聚合法合成苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯三元共聚物( SIBR),并对其结构进行了表征;研究了结构调节剂N,N,N',N'-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)、二乙二醇二甲醚(2 G)和四氢呋喃(THF)作外加添加剂时,对三异丁基铝(简称Al)/环烷酸镍(简称Ni)体系(A1与Ni的摩尔比为5)催化SIBR氢化反应的影响.结果表明,在50℃,苯乙烯质量分数为25%、异戊二烯和丁二烯质量分数为75%(二者质量比为1/1),TMEDA/n - BuLi(摩尔比)为1.5的条件下,可合成相对分子质量在10×104左右、多分数指数小于1.10的SIBR;TMEDA、2G或THF极性添加剂的加入可使SIBR的氢化反应更加温和、加氢度更能有效调控;在所研究的添加剂用量范围内,3种添加剂对SIBR加氢度的影响程度由大到小依次为TMEDA、2G、THF.
