Abstract:  传统SIS热熔压敏胶的非极性特点,严重限制了其在亲水性药物经皮给药系统中的应用。尽管有不同的方法能够改变SIS热熔压敏胶的极性,但是,在药用领域,人们更倾向于采用较温和的甲酸/过氧化氢试剂,在二烯烃链段中引入环氧基团。不过,环氧基团的引入显著升高二烯烃相的玻璃化转变温度,导致体系低温性能及柔顺性受损,黏附性能下降。为此,我们通过原位环氧化与阴离子graft-onto接枝聚合相结合的方法,在主链上引入具有很低玻璃化转变温度的聚丁二烯长支链,合成的聚合物不仅具有可控的环氧度,而且其长支链结构能对聚合物的流变性能产生重要影响。因此,以其为基质材料制备的热熔压敏胶具有可调控的极性和黏附性能。本文在环氧度不变的情况下,研究了环氧基团/支链数的摩尔比和支链数目的关系,探讨了支链数和支链分子量对接枝聚合物玻璃化转变温度、流变性能及其热熔压敏胶粘附性能的影响。
