Abstract:以环己烷为溶剂、高浓度正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂,采用阴离子聚合法合成了不同低相对分子质量液体聚丁二烯.考察了聚合温度和引发剂浓度对丁二烯聚合动力学的影响.采用GPC技术测定试样的相对分子质量及其分布;采用1HNMR技术测定试样的加氢度.实验结果表明,单体浓度对液体聚丁二烯聚合的反应速率呈一级关系,求得不同条件下假一级表观增长速率常数,得到表观增长活化能为112 kJ/mol,指数前因子为3.67×1019L/(mol·min);在聚合温度为313 K条件下,得到窄分布液体聚丁烯的聚合动力学方程;相对分子质量为1 000~3 000的窄分布液体聚丁二烯加氢后,加氢度均达到100%.
