Abstract:以新癸酸钕(简称Nd)/氢化二异丁基铝(简称Al)/氯化二乙基铝(简称Cl)为催化剂进行了丁二烯(简称Bd)聚合.考察了催化剂配制时不同Bd用量、[Al]/[Nd]、[Cl]/[Nd]、聚合温度和时间对Bd聚合的影响.结果表明:催化剂配制时,随Bd用量的增加,催化活性升高,相对分子质量分布变窄.聚合物产率在[Al]/[Nd]比值很低([Al]/[Nd]=10)时即可达到100%.所得聚合物具有高相对分子质量((M)n=44×104),窄的相对分子质量分布(1.47),高cis-1,4结构含量(98.3%).聚合物的微观结构基本不受反应条件的影响,显示该催化剂具有高的稳定性和立体定向性.
