
博士,副教授,硕士生导师、博士生导师。2012年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学生物技术专业,指导教师为市政学院王爱杰教授;2013年硕士毕业于香港科技大学化学工程及生物分子工程学专业,指导教师为余宝乐(Po-Lock YUE)教授;2017年博士毕业于京都大学环境工程专业,指导教师为田中宏明(Hiroaki TANAKA)教授和井原贤(Masaru IHARA)助理教授(现高知大学教授)。2017年10月至2020年6月在京都大学流域圈综合环境质量研究中心做博士后。研究方向为环境毒理与健康,围绕生物体内高度保守的膜蛋白(G蛋白偶联受体、转运蛋白、离子通道等)开展以下工作:
(1) 通过计算模拟研究新污染物对膜蛋白的识别和毒理机制。
(2) 基于机器学习,发展靶向膜蛋白的新污染物高通量毒性预测方法;开发膜蛋白的体外毒性测试技术,筛查环境中靶向膜蛋白的新污染物。
(3) 结合体外实验、模型和化学分析,基于生物效应评价化学品环境风险,筛选环境中高风险的新污染物。
(4) 研究化学品对人体慢性疾病(代谢性疾病等)的影响。
