Zhou Changfei received the the B.S. and M.S. degrees in communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2012 and 2014, and the PhD degree from the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, he was an antenna engineer in LSCM research centre of Hong Kong. Since 2019, he has been a lecture with the Dalian University of Technology. His current research interests include multiband and wideband antennas, RFID, and metasurface design.
