关水,大连理工大学化工学院化学工程系副教授,硕士生导师。大连理工大学精准转化医学控制工程研究中心副主任、化学工程教研室副主任、化学工程教工党支部副书记。辽宁省神经科学学会理事,中国神经科学学会、中国细胞生物学会、中国药理学会会员。Acta Biomater、Carbohyd Polym、ACS Appl Mater Inter、Rev Chem Eng、Int J Biol Macromol、Oxid Med Cell Longev等多种SCI期刊审稿人。1994-1998辽宁大学微生物专业理学学士,2001-2006大连理工大学生物化工专业工学博士(硕博连读)留校工作。2011-2012英国牛津大学(University of Oxford)工程科学系生物医学工程研究所访问学者。研究方向包括神经系统疾病药物筛选及毒性评价、干细胞与组织工程、精准转化医学智能材料、微生态大脑保护与修复等,主持及参与科技部国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点新教师基金、国家重点实验室开放研究基金、教育部长江学者讲座教授基金以及大连市科技计划等多项科研工作。在Carbohyd Polym、J Mater Chem B、Mat Sci Eng C-Mater、Int J Biol Macromol、Biomater Sci、Food Chem Toxicol、Eur J Pharmacol、Toxicol In Vitro等国际高水平SCI/EI期刊发表论文80余篇,参与撰写Elsevier公司出版的一套关于生物工程和生物技术领域英文工具书《Comprehensive Biotechnology(第二版)》(2011)。申请/授权国家发明专利25项。
