Xinchen Ye received the B.E. degree from the Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2016. He was with the Signal Processing Laboratory, EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland in 2015 under the Grant of the Swiss federal government. He has been a Faculty Member of Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, Liaoning, China, since 2016, where he is currently a Associate Professor with the School of Software. His current research interests include Deep learning, image/video processing, 3D imaging, Medical image processing,and computer vision. As a Co-Author, he received the Platinum Best Paper Award in the IEEE ICME 2017. In recent years, more than 30 important academic journals (TIP, TCSVT, TBC, etc.) and conferences (ICIP, ICME, ECCV, ICASSP, VCIP, etc.) have been published in the field of computer vision and multimedia technology, and preside over one National Natural Science Foundation of China project and participate in five National Natural Science Foundation of China.
