聚醚砜酮复合材料摩擦性能的研究

Abstract: 以杂环取代型聚醚砜酮(PPESK)为基体,研究了石墨、二硫化钼(MoS_2)等无机填料,以及聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)对复合材料力学性能和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,填充石墨和MoS_2后,可同时改善复合材料的弯曲强度和摩擦性能,两者具有协同作用,加入PTFE后可大幅度降低复合材料的摩擦系数及弯曲强度。
