季铵盐高分子抗菌剂的制备及其在PP中的应用

Abstract: 以氯球(交联氯甲基聚苯乙烯)为载体,将其与含有不同取代基的三元胺进行季铵化反应,制备了一系列不溶性的季铵盐高分子抗菌剂(P型抗菌剂).红外光谱分析表明产物为目标产物.探讨了取代基结构、反应条件对季铵盐抗菌剂反应活性的影响.抗菌测试结果表明:抗菌剂的抗菌性能随取代基碳链长度的加长而增强.并从抗菌性能、力学性能、微观结构及结晶形态几个方面研究了含三乙醇胺的季铵盐抗菌剂对PP抗菌材料各项性能的影响.结果表明:复合材料对大肠杆菌、八叠球菌的抑菌率分别可达83.19%和86.92%,且P型抗菌剂有利于提高PP的冲击强度和弹性模量.
