新型耐高温低压反渗透复合膜的分离性能

Abstract: 本文以含二氮杂萘酮结构的聚芳醚砜酮超滤膜为支撑层,通过界面聚合法制备聚酰胺复合膜.考察了操作条件对复合膜性能的影响.随着压力和温度的升高,膜的通量迅速增加而对NaCl的截留率基本不变.在1.6MPa、80℃下对1000ppmNaCl截留率超过99%,渗透通量约为55L·m-2·h-1.该膜在高温下对多种无机盐及低分子有机物都表现出较高的截留率.
