Abstract: A novel poly (ether sulfone ketone) containing the phthalazinone moiety was prepared by the reaction of 4-)4-hydroxyphenyl) (2H) phthalazin-1-one with activated dichloro-monomers. The polymer was characterized by FT-IR, H-1-NMR, DSC, TGA and X-ray diffraction.
