Abstract:基于Ajzen的＂计划行为理论＂,构建了＂企业员工知识共享行为影响因素＂的理论模型,利用AMOS7.0对来自企业的242个样本数据进行分析。得出不同影响因素对知识共享意向和知识共享行为的影响途径、影响程度和知识共享意向所扮演的＂中介效应＂。
