Abstract:康熙帝利用监察系统监控国家行政系统,稳操皇权,开创了盛世.论文在概述康熙朝监察体系的基础上,运用控制理论,建立了康熙朝的监察监控模型,通过拆解和分析监察监控模型的结构,把监察官在监察监控系统中所扮演的角色与国家行政系统的互动关系体现出来.最后对监察监控系统的功能进行了简要的分析和评价.
