Abstract:科技项目管理工作的独有特性使得科技项目管理中的知识共享具有不可比拟的优势,对这方面知识共享的研究则更加具有意义.通过对科技项目管理中可共享知识资源的分析,给出了科技项目管理中知识共享的过程与内在机理,并提出了在科技项目管理中建立知识共享机制的方案与对策,最终在辽宁省重点基金项目中得以验证.
