Abstract:With the supervision model, on an overview of the development and change of the French administrative supervision system, the supervision systems in different periods of the French Third, Fourth and Fifth Republic are compared on the four functions of the catenation, the feedback correction, the logic correction and the input correction. By advancing the concept of catenation, the underlying causes of a multi-party coalition cabinet and the political volatility are revealed. The conclusion is that the French administrative supervision system design is constantly adapted to the national conditions and to enhancing the security function. In addition, the theoretical analysis and the political phenomena are basically consistent.
