Abstract:提出了“知识管理运作环境、知识管理核心流程与企业绩效关系”理论模型,利用AMOS7.0对来自企业的242个样本数据进行分析.得出了知识管理运作环境中的具体要素对知识管理核心流程和企业绩效的影响途径和影响程度.证实了知识管理战略对知识核心流程与企业绩效关系的调节作用.研究结果对我国企业实施知识管理项目的环境建设有一定参考价值.
