烟气轮机动叶片冲蚀机理的数值研究与分析

Abstract: 本文采用Spalart-Allamaras湍流模型,应用NUMECA软件对某单级烟气轮机内部流场进行数值模拟,并根据计算结果对此烟气轮机动叶片的冲蚀机理进行分析.分析结果表明:喷嘴斜切部分产生激波,受激波影响喷嘴出口气流不稳定,加之动叶扭曲规律及安装角与工质在动叶入口的速度方向不符,使动叶流道内存在大面积的二次流动、附面层脱离及旋涡,流动不稳定,动叶片叶根冲蚀严重,安全性能较差.
