Abstract: A design idea of general turbocompressor high-speed online monitoring and operating performance evaluation system has been presented. Some core work, such as computation of the real gas character, turbocompressor thermodynamic performance computation and evaluative feature analysis under operating condition, and also the interface of general-purpose software system, has been introduced and analyzed. Practical application illustrates that the information about turbocompressor real-time condition, operating point, results of performance evaluation and the anti-surge margin is credible and reliable.
