Abstract:Different processes can be used in hull block assembly and are always determined according to work's experience, which can not meet the development of digital shipbuilding obviously. In this paper, the relationships between project time, labour hour and difficulty level in assembly processes are analyzed quantificationally. Then the hull block assembly processes are discussed by utilizing the hierarchy analysis method. Finally, the process optimization method is presented for hull block assembly, which can be applied to assembly router design and will be benefit to digital shipbuilding.
