Abstract:Shipbuilding industry is a labor-intensive, capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry. It is a typical high input, high consumption and high pollution industry. With China becoming the world's largest shipbuilding country, it has become an urgent task to achieve the green shipbuilding. Chinese shipbuilding industry is still lagging behind the world's advanced level. So according to the status of Chinese shipbuilding industry, the process of the ship construction should be analyzed and filtered from the resources, energy, efficiency and environment. According to the Regulations and the actual level of science and technology, the relative standard for the implementation of green shipbuilding is presented, which is to provide a basis for the green degree evaluation for ship construction and to promote the implementation of the green shipbuilding in China.
