Abstract: In order to deal with the cost management problems of the special steel enterprises, the integrated cost management system model based on the three layers structures of the ERP/MES/PCS is presented. And some function modules are described in detail. The validity and feasibility of the system model are achieved through its implementation within the enterprises.
