大型岩体洞室采用柔性垫层减震的可行性研究

Abstract:An FE-IE model is set up for the stability analysis of large underground rock cavern by using infinite elements as the static and dynamic boundaries. On the basis of this proposed static and dynamic FE-IE model, the research on the seismic resistance of soft-seismic absorption layer for large rock cavern is performed. The simulated results show that although the seismic absorption layer couldn't essentially change the dynamic response of rock cavern, it not only can fully utilize the self-supporting ability of surrounding rocks, but also can dramatically decrease the seismic response of concrete liner. The results also indicate that as for this kind of large underground rock cavern in a hydraulic power plant, the soft-seismic absorption layer should possess a certain degree of thickness and elastic modulus. The density of the absorption layer should be as small as possible. And it's better to choose a reasonable strength for the seismic absorption layer according to the total stress that it could experience during its service life. The conclusions of this work could be used as a primary guidance on the seismic design for the similar underground engineering.
