竹炭/碳纤维增强树脂基摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能

Abstract:Using cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin and crylonitrile-butadiene rubber as binder,carbon fiber with high modulus of elasticity and high strength as strengthening fiber,bamboo charcoal,barite and vermiculite as filler,the friction materials based on phenolic resin matrix were prepared by hot-pressing molding process. The effects of the content of bamboo charcoal on the shear strength,density and friction and wear properties were studied. The wear morphology was observed by using scanning electron microscopy,and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that with the addition of the content of bamboo charcoal,the shear strength and density of the material decrease accordingly. Friction coefficient of the sample with the bamboo charcoal compare with the no bamboo charcoal material there is a significantly improve at 250℃ and 350℃,but has a slight effect at 100℃ . The wear rate also show the growing trend with the increase of the content of bamboo charcoal. With the addition of bamboo charcoal content,the friction mechanism is changed from a single abrasive wear to a combination of abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
