大气压介质阻挡放电空气等离子体引起酿酒酵母氧化应激的研究

Abstract: 在产生等离子体的过程中会同时产生大量的自由基和准分子。作者研究了经大气压介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge,
   DBD)空气等离子体处理后酿酒酵母(Saccharomyce cerevisiae)细胞的氧化应激,
   发现酿酒酵母细胞在DBD空气等离子体处理后, 胞内总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽还原酶活力都不同程度被激活, 丙二醛含量也随处理时间的延长不断增加,
   胞内活性氧(reactive oxygen species, ROS)含量明显增加, 细胞周期也出现严重的G1期阻滞,
   说明等离子体产生的大量自由基可引发酵母细胞的氧化应激。
