Abstract: In the progress of microbial batch fermentation producing 1,3-propanediol,the transmembrane transport mode of the glycerin and 1,3-propanediol cann’t be determined in laboratory. A nonlinear hybrid S system of enzyme-catalyst is established in this paper. Then,the relative errors of the extracelluar metabolites concentration in reactor are taken as objective function,the nonlinear hybrid S system of enzyme-catalyst as main constraints,a parameter identification model is built and the existence of optional solution is proved. Fi-nally,the particle swarm optimization is used to solve the problem of parameter identification,deduce the most likely combinations of transmembrane transport mode of the glycerin and 1,3-propanediol is the main combination of active transport and passive transport.
