双水相萃取发酵液中的2,3-丁二醇

Abstract:   新型双水相萃取技术具有成本低、易放大、分离速度快等优点,经过尝试发现多种新型双水相体系均可用于发酵液中2,3一丁二醇的提取分离。并通过研究表明,合适的新型双水相体系能够有效地用于发酵液中2,3-丁二醇的分离,且该方法可以同时实现菌体和蛋白等生物大分子的去除,省略了发酵液的预处理,简化了分离过程;实现了产物和底物的有效分离,防止了精馏过程中葡萄糖糊化现象的产生。
