Abstract: 引言
薯蓣皂苷元被誉为"药用黄金"、"激素之母",是生产甾体激素类药物的重要原料[1-2].盾叶薯蓣中甾体皂苷含量丰富,主要有盾叶新苷、三角叶皂苷、葡萄糖三糖苷、葡萄糖二糖苷、延龄草次苷等,结构如图1所示.薯蓣皂苷元的生产通常采用酸水解法,水解薯蓣皂苷元与糖连接的糖苷键,再用正己烷或石油醚提取[1].这种方法的最大问题是产生大量酸性高COD/BOD废水,来源于盾叶薯蓣块茎中的淀粉和木质纤维素;另一个问题是酸水解造成部分薯蓣皂苷元结构破坏,产物收率降低.
