Abstract: Fluorescence probe can efficiently detect metal ion and little molecule, which has attracted many workers attention. Pyrene , one of the fluorescent molecules, is more used in recent study for its advantages: long fluorescence life, high fluorescence quantum yield, and easiness to format excimer-monomer complex. But the pyrene ring is hydrophobic, the water-solubility of the derivates is not good. So it is very important to synthesis active pyrene derivates for the application in biochemistry.
