Abstract:针对有机硅生产排放尾气中氯甲烷含量过高的问题,在工厂原回收工艺流程的基础上分别采用冷凝法、膜分离法和吸收法对排放尾气中的氯甲烷进行深度回收处理.以有机硅生产产生的氯甲烷质量分数为27.0%的尾气为设计基础,应用UniSimDesign模拟软件对3种改造方案进行模拟分析.模拟结果表明,经过3种改造方案处理后排放尾气中氯甲烷质量分数分别降至6.2%,6.1%,4.3%,经济效益分别增加270,283,237万元/a.比较3种改造方案的经济效益可知,膜分离法工艺可在低投资、低消耗的前提下获得最高的经济效益增长,更符合工厂处理氯甲烷尾气的实际需要.
