Abstract:以聚醚酰亚胺为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为添加剂,水为凝胶浴,采用浸入沉淀相转化法制备平板超滤膜.采用浊点滴定法,考察了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮添加剂对PEI/DMAc/H2O相图的影响,发现PVP的加入使溶液的均相区增大,发生相分离所需的水量减少,它的加入促进了溶液的相分离.随着铸膜液中PVP含量的增加,膜由指状结构逐渐转变为海绵状结构,膜对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率从84.5%增大到99.1%,纯水通量从473 L/(m2·h)降到了134 L/(m2.h).
