Abstract:利用微波效应,以水为溶剂来提取银杏黄酮,对微波功率、微波作用时间、溶剂用量、浸提时间等因素做了一些研究,获得较好的效果,确定较佳的工艺条件为:微波功率:中档;作用时间:30 min;固液比为1:30;水浴时间:1 h,开辟了一条以水为溶剂来提取银杏黄酮的新途径.
