Abstract:应用HYSYS软件对催化裂化吸收稳定系统进行流程模拟.对影响吸收效果和能耗的因素进行模拟计算,找出了吸收剂温度,补充吸收剂流量,稳定塔回流比,解析塔进料温度的优化配比.系统优化后,使得干气C3含量由1.35%降到0.28%,吸收效果变好,且系统的年净效益提高了1260.56万元.
