SGO/SPEEK同轴电纺纤维质子交换膜的制备

Abstract:以磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)和磺化氧化石墨烯(SGO)为基材,提出同轴静电纺丝法制备SGO/SPEEK核壳纤维,再经堵孔进一步制备了同轴纺膜.聚合物纤维化和SGO无机掺杂有效地提高了膜的耐溶胀性.同轴纺丝进一步将SGO限域在SPEEK纤维内核中,提高了有机-无机相容性.另外,SGO/SPEEK同轴纤维中形成的长程连通质子传导通道,也可提高膜的质子传导能力.研究结果表明,在80℃时,同轴纺膜的溶胀度仅为共混浇铸膜的23%,说明纳米纤维核壳结构可以有效地抑制膜溶胀;同轴纺膜的质子传导率可达166 mS/cm,拉伸强度达62.7 MPa,单电池开路电压达到1.004 V,均优于单轴纺膜和共混浇铸膜.
